Description

Swan Hellenic Discovery Cruises was relaunched in July 2020 to proudly continue the spirit of cultural expedition that the company had experienced in the 1950s. Building on its British roots, the new company has a global vision of cultural cruising, dedicated to providing guests with the opportunity to "see what others don't see". Two new PC5-class, 5-star Polar Cruise ships, arriving in November 2021 and April 2022, will accommodate 152 guests each in 76 spacious staterooms and suites, most of them with large balconies. A larger P6-class unit, which will accommodate 192 guests in 96 cabins and suites with the same comfort and distinctive style as its sister ships, will arrive in late 2022.
The itineraries, meticulously planned and dedicated to guests with a passion for adventure and cultural travel, will explore wild landscapes, fauna, peoples and the unique cultures of the less traveled regions of the world. Its ships are characterized by elegant Scandi-design interiors, large outdoor spaces and facilities dedicated to expedition. The crew includes a team of experienced guides, speakers and teachers. The 120 crew members for the two Class P5 ships and the 140 crew members for the P6 class ship are almost equal to the number of guests, demonstrating a high level of service that is always attentive and discreet.
