The Star Cruises brand is owned by Genting Hong Kong and is the leading cruiseline in the Asian market. The introduction during 2015 of the new brand Dream Cruises by Genting has helped to serve its diverse guests. Star Cruises remains the most popular company, ranking just below the Premium mark where Dream Cruises was located. Star Cruises fleet passengers (Asian but also European, Australian and American) have the opportunity to experience Asian culture in real life which adds value to the overall experience. Star Cruises was among the first companies to offer a wide-range of onboard restaurants, a tradition inherited from Norwegian Cruise Line. Among the itineraries offered throughout South Asia, you can choose many different cruise lengths and different ports to embark. Since 2017, an agreement with Tint Tint Myanmar Group has given the cruiseline access to the private island, Macleod Island.
