Fram

The Fram was the first Hurtigruten ship built specifically for expedition cruises, in 2007, and is only rarely used in scheduled services within Norway. Completely renovated in 2020, Fram features modernized cabins and suites, as well as shared areas with comfortable and stylish interiors, including new restaurants and a high-tech science center. In addition, the ship is agile enough to navigate between small islands and ice floes and to penetrate regions that remain closed to large ships. The Fram offers space for 318 passengers (276 beds).
