Dès mon embarquement à bord du Riverside Mozart, j’ai compris que ce n’était pas une simple croisière fluviale, mais une expérience bien plus raffinée et apaisante. L’embarquement a été d’une fluidité remarquable : aucune attente, aucune confusion. Le personnel nous a accueillis avec un sourire sincère, nous accompagnant directement à notre suite avec discrétion et bienveillance. Le navire est magnifique. De vastes espaces, des intérieurs silencieux soignés dans les moindres détails, une élégance sobre que l’on ressent partout, du salon à la bibliothèque, jusqu’à la terrasse surplombant le fleuve. Ma suite était un véritable havre de paix, avec de grandes fenêtres panoramiques d’où je pouvais contempler le Danube s’écouler lentement, comme un film en mouvement. L’un des aspects qui m’a le plus marquée, c’est le service : le personnel était toujours présent, sans jamais être envahissant, attentif à chaque besoin avant même que je ne le formule.

Upon boarding, we were impressed by the ship's elegance and the warm welcome from the staff. The service was impeccable, and there are several restaurants on board offering a varied but, most importantly, delicious cuisine. The cabin was quite comfortable, and both it and the public areas of the ship were always well-maintained. As for the itinerary, we were pleased with the organized tours, discovering new places and having a wonderful new experience.

Riverside Mozart The ship was very beautiful and well maintained, as if it were new. The common areas were very spacious and comfortable and there was also an indoor swimming pool on board. The food was varied and of excellent quality And was served in the ship's four restaurants. It was easy to find your way on board and the staff were always attentive and willing to meet any need. Our itinerary offered a wide variety of culture, castles, excursions, wines and the excursions were well organized and we also used the ship's bicycles, half of which are electric and it was possible to reach the ship at the next stop just by bike. Overall I can say it was a high standard cruise with excellent service.
