Lumiere

The MS Lumière is a luxury river cruise ship in the Tauck fleet, purpose-built to sail along the Rhône and take guests on a journey through the landscapes of Provence and southern France. Entering service in 2026, the ship measures 135 metres in length and accommodates up to 130 passengers, offering a refined atmosphere and an exceptional level of comfort. Approximately 80% of the staterooms measure at least 21 m², while the 22 Tauck Suites, each measuring around 28 m², feature a walk-in wardrobe, a separate living area and spacious bathrooms with separate showers. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French balconies allow guests to admire the river scenery from the comfort of their accommodation. On board, the main restaurant, Compass Rose, serves cuisine inspired by regional traditions, while Arthur’s provides a more casual alternative for light meals. The sun deck features a swimming pool, a bar and spaces for al fresco dining, while the wellness area, The Retreat, offers a fitness centre, a massage room and a dedicated corner serving healthy drinks and snacks.
