Sails in a lovely part of France we many not have otherwise visited and ports in small towns we enjoyed discovering.

It doesn't do much sailing - multiple overnights in ports, no locks, and short distances.

Viking Forseti was a nice longship. Food was average, wine was great (Bordeaux wines for the region). Gironne River is muddy (naturally so) and has some pretty scenery along its banks/shore. Ship lacks amenities except for a top-deck track and coffee bar.
