Kong Harald

The Kong Harald, built in 1993, was the main unit of a new generation of modern Hurtigruten ships in the early 1990s, which later replaced older units from the 1960s and 1980s. It was completely refurbished in 2016 and has had a modern arctic-inspired interior ever since.
There are three restaurants on board, the “Multe” bakery and ice bar, a sauna and a fitness room. Relaxation in one of the two hot tubs on the deck is an unmissable experience. The Kong Harald's capacity is 590 passengers (498 beds).
