Swan Hellenic Elevates Wellness at Sea

In a recent event that blended aspects of a Press Conference and a Meditation session held in New York, Swan Hellenic, the reinvigorated cruise line, introduced an innovative collaboration for its inaugural venture into the U.S. Cruise Market. Partnering with Chopra, the integrated health company founded by Dr. Chopra, “Explore & Restore” will be featured on voyages lasting 5 to 9 days aboard Swan-Hellenics glorious small ships, SH Diana and SH Vega.

Commencing from March 2024, guests will have the opportunity to select from range of destinations including the Pacific Coast from Panama to Acapulco, the Mediterranean from Palermo to Piraeus, the Indian Ocean, the Caribbean and the Atlantic. Two voyages will have Dr. Chopra himself aboard. Additionally, Swan Hellenic revealed that on all its cruises, whether “Explore & Restore” themed or not, there will be a certified meditation and yoga instructor trained by Chopra, offering daily private and group sessions.

WHAT IS ‘EXPLORE & RESTORE’?

The undeniable health benefits of an ocean voyage have inspired the creation of “Explore & Restore,” a program designed to seamlessly integrate personal well-being into every journey. Going far beyond traditional spa treatments and yoga classes, “Explore & Restore” encompasses experiences that nurture mental, physical, and spiritual health. Each day on board, guests participating in “Explore & Restore” will enjoy meditation, yoga, and breathwork classes, complemented by Guided Workshops crafted to foster a deeper understanding of one’s authentic self. The ship’s restaurants will serve Ayurvedic culinary delights made from fresh seasonal ingredients. These voyages are meticulously curated to encourage both self-discovery and cultural immersion. In essence, “Explore & Restore” combines inner exploration with external discovery, leaving a lasting impact long after the voyage concludes.
