Silversea: World Cruise 2026 Details Revealed

Silversea Cruises, the leading ultra-luxury cruise line, has unveiled details of its 140-day World Cruise 2026, called “The Curious and the Sea”, which will be the company’s most diverse voyage.

World Cruise 2026 will depart Fort Lauderdale on January 6, 2026 aboard Silver Dawn to explore 70 destinations in 37 countries, with 26 new ports of call and nine overnight sailings.

Guests will travel through Central America before transiting the Panama Canal and continuing on to South America. They will then reach Easter Island, French Polynesia and the South Pacific, where new Silversea World Cruise calls include Nuku Hiva and Atuona in the Marquesas Islands; Fakarava with its Biosphere Reserve; Nuku’alofa in Tonga; Lifou and Noumea in New Caledonia; and Norfolk Island with events highlighting the history, traditions and folklore of the South Pacific.

Guests then reach New Zealand for a 21-day semi-circumnavigation of Australia, offered for the first time on a Silvesea World Cruise, including rarely visited Phillip Island for the chance to see the penguin parade as thousands of baby penguins race from the sea to the dunes; Port Lincoln for Coffin Bay National Park and the Eyre Peninsula; and Esperance with its pink brackish lakes.

Travelers will then head to Southeast Asia, crossing the Bay of Bengal to Sri Lanka, India and the Red Sea before sailing through the Suez Canal into the Mediterranean, with a powerful finale to discover the cultures of North Africa with one of the most anticipated stops of the voyage, La Goulette in Tunisia. Finally, they will immerse themselves in European history and culture before the voyage ends in Lisbon, Portugal, on May 27, 2026.

World Cruises guests will also join other voyagers at an exclusive Bon Voyage reception in Fort Lauderdale on the evening of January 5.

Other exclusive events will enhance World Cruise 2026, including: “Polynesian Dreams”, an event in French Polynesia that showcases the rich and historic maritime cultures of local communities; “The Magic Of Mystery Island” in Vanuatu, where dancers from various islands in the region perform a fusion of cultural rituals while guests dine on a scenic beach and snorkel in some of the world’s clearest waters; “From Paddie To Plate”, where Silversea guests feast on regional cuisine and the beautiful rice paddies of the five-star Tanah Gajah resort in Benoa, Bali; and “The Exotic Marigold And More”, where guests travel to Alleppey in the lagoons of Cochin, where they are greeted with flower garlands and exclusive cultural experiences after a tuk-tuk ride through the streets of the town.

Exclusive advance sales for Venetian Society members will begin on June 14, and general sales will begin on June 22.

Sailing aboard the ultra-luxury Silver Dawn, guests enjoy the intimacy of a small ship and the spacious, all-suite accommodations that are hallmarks of the Silversea experience.
