Canary Islands Aboard La Belle des Océans

For the upcoming winter season, Croisieurope is offering an exceptional itinerary in the heart of the Canary Islands, allowing you to discover the best of local culture and nature by visiting six islands in eight days.

This unique opportunity also introduces you to La Belle des Océans, a human-sized ship perfectly suited for navigating the archipelago and providing an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.

The eight-day itinerary includes stops at Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, and Lanzarote. These islands, though close in proximity, are remarkably diverse, offering guests the chance to explore magnificent landscapes, pristine beaches, and lush green areas where nature and vegetation reign supreme.

Starting in Tenerife, at the foot of Mount Teide, guests embark on a journey through the geological treasures of the island, featuring breathtaking cliffs, colorful villages, and exceptional vistas. Tenerife is home to the Teide National Park, a true sanctuary for local flora and fauna, fostering the prosperity of numerous plant and animal species.

Next, we set course for La Palma, also known as the “Beautiful Island,” thanks to its vibrant and exotic vegetation. This natural paradise offers stunning views and fine sandy beaches with access to crystal-clear waters. The historic center of the capital reflects the remarkable architecture of the Canary Islands and its rich traditional culture, making it the ideal place to relax amid historic palaces after an immersive island exploration.

You’ll feel like you’re in another world when visiting the remote La Gomera, the wildest island in the Canary archipelago. Deep waters, towering cliffs over the sea, and small fishing ports are just some of the elements that will leave a lasting impression on all visitors. We then transition to the festive atmosphere of Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, a perfect contrast to its vast stretches of land and deserts. Here, Croisieurope guests can explore the Bandama crater, the remnants of an extinct volcano. Known as a place of pilgrimage, Teror also houses some genuine historical wonders, including the statue of the island’s patron saint.

To conclude this journey in style, we’ll reach Fuerteventura, the first island to emerge from the Atlantic Ocean, offering unparalleled landscapes shaped by erosion. As a final stop, La Belle des Océans will anchor on the outskirts of Lanzarote, where you’ll be captivated by landscapes of black lava, punctuated by green oases and stretches of azure-blue water meandering along the coast.

The itinerary proposed by La Belle des Océans will be available from November 2023 to April 2024, allowing you to reach the archipelago of eternal spring, characterized by mild temperatures, rich cultural heritage, and breathtaking landscapes. All of this will be experienced aboard a ship where intimacy, comfort, and relaxation define the journey, making it an unforgettable discovery.
