RSSC launches casual dining experience at the pool grill

Regent Seven Seas Cruises is redefining onboard dining with the introduction of evening service at the Pool Grill, featuring a new gourmet pizzeria menu and offering guests a casual yet refined al fresco experience each night.

Jason Montague, Chief Luxury Officer of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, explained that guests appreciate not only the formal dining for which the cruise line is renowned, but also the freedom to enjoy a more relaxed dining environment whenever they wish—especially after a day of exciting explorations. He emphasized that the evening service at the Pool Grill, combined with the enhanced pizzeria menu, allows for a more casual dining style without compromising quality, fully consistent with the unparalleled Regent experience.

Available fleetwide, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the Pool Grill transforms, weather permitting, into a welcoming self-service evening venue, adding even more options to Regent’s diverse collection of restaurants. Guests can enjoy made-to-order dishes such as minute-cut sirloin steak, rosemary-roasted chicken, Provençal-marinated lamb chops, and vegetable skewers, accompanied by a refined salad and appetizer buffet featuring hummus with pita chips, Caprese salad, Greek salad, and more.

The new pizzeria menu, first introduced on Seven Seas Mariner following its December 2025 dry dock, features artisanal pizzas made with premium ingredients. Now also available on Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Grandeur, and Seven Seas Splendor, the menu will debut on Seven Seas Voyager after its May 2026 refurbishment and on Seven Seas Prestige at its launch later this year.

The new pizzeria menu offers ten delicious artisanal pizzas, including fan favorites such as Burrata e Coppa, topped with tomato, mozzarella, coppa, arugula, and burrata; Tartufo e Porcini, featuring Italian sausage, porcini mushrooms, mozzarella, and black truffle cream; and Vegeteriana, with mozzarella, peppers, red onions, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, and spinach. To complement the culinary experience, guests can pair their meal with a curated selection of sparkling wines and Champagnes, including Castello di Spessa ‘Perte’ Ribolla Gialla Spumante, La Delizia ‘Naonis’ Prosecco Brut DOC, Canevel Prosecco Valdobbiandene DOCG, and Heidsieck Monopole Blue Top Brut Champagne. The adjacent Pool Bar, open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, invites guests to relax with a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises, authentic flavors are combined with a creative touch, while regional dishes celebrate tradition, variety, and history. Guests can experience Epicurean Perfection with a wide selection of restaurants, all included in the cruise fare, ranging from the elegant Prime 7 and Pacific Rim to Chartreuse, Compass Rose, and Sette Mari at La Veranda. Each venue offers distinctive menus crafted with the highest-quality ingredients, ensuring that every meal, whether casual or formal, meets Regent’s ultra-luxury standards.

Every dining experience on board becomes an opportunity to celebrate a passion for cuisine, explore new flavors, and enjoy moments of conviviality, turning each meal into an unforgettable experience.
