Marella Cruises has significantly expanded its beverage offering with a new range dedicated to alcohol-free alternatives. From August 2026, the entire fleet has introduced 18 new alcohol-free cocktails, six 0% ABV spirits, four alcohol-free wines, as well as 0% alternatives to beer and cider.
The initiative represents a further development of the company’s All Inclusive offering, responding to passengers’ growing interest in greater variety when it comes to beverage options. The aim has been to provide a more flexible experience, allowing guests who do not drink alcohol to enjoy a broad and diverse selection throughout their cruise.
The new range has been made available across different levels of the company’s offering. All guests travelling with the All Inclusive package can access the new selection of alcohol-free beverages, including 0% red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as Heineken 0% and Somersby 0%.
Marella Cruises has also expanded its offering to address passengers’ specific dietary requirements. Estrella gluten-free beer has been added to the All Inclusive offering, providing guests with even greater choice onboard.
For passengers opting for the Premium All Inclusive package, the offering is even more extensive. Six 0% ABV spirits from the Lyre’s range are available, including London Dry Gin, American Malt Bourbon, White Cane Rum, Agave Blanco Tequila, Coffee Originale and Italian Spritz.

The introduction of alcohol-free spirits has also enabled Marella Cruises to significantly expand its cocktail menu. The company has developed 18 alcohol-free cocktail recipes, designed to offer the variety and complexity of traditional cocktails without the use of alcohol.
Among the new creations is the Grapefruit Refresher, made with Lyre’s London Dry, pink grapefruit and soda, offering a fresh and slightly tart profile. The Nojito takes inspiration from the classic mojito, combining Lyre’s White Cane with mint, lime and soda. The Summer Sour combines Lyre’s London Dry with lemon, soda, mint and basil, while the Gentle Fashioned offers an alcohol-free reinterpretation of the Old Fashioned, made with Lyre’s American Malt, bitters and orange peel.
The new offering has also been developed in response to direct customer feedback. Luke Saunders, Food and Drink Development Manager at Marella Cruises, explained that the company had analysed feedback from passengers and identified areas for improvement within its existing beverage menu. The expansion is therefore intended to make the onboard experience more complete and inclusive, offering dedicated alternatives for guests who prefer to avoid alcohol.
From a commercial perspective, the initiative forms part of the broader evolution of All Inclusive offerings in the cruise industry, where the variety and quality of food and beverage options are increasingly becoming a key differentiator in the overall customer experience. By offering a choice of 0% cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and ciders, Marella Cruises can cater to a wider range of drinking preferences while retaining the experiential element traditionally associated with onboard beverages.
