Silver Endeavour: new culinary experiences on board


Silversea Cruises, has revealed details on the range of dining experiences available aboard Silver Endeavour, the world’s most luxurious expedition ship, which will welcome guests to Antarctica beginning November 21.

Silver Endeavour will feature four exclusive restaurants, as well as the Arts Café and 24-hour room service available at all times.

“Our guests will be able to enjoy fine international dishes of the highest quality in our exclusive restaurants, they will also be able to admire the glacial landscapes of the Arctic and Antarctic in the full comfort offered by our ship. They will also be able to choose to dine in the privacy of their own suite, without any time constraints,” this is according to Barbara Muckermann, commercial director of Silversea Cruises.

Let’s look at the Silver Endeavour restaurants in detail:

Il Ristorante

Located on Deck 4, is Silver Endeavour’s main restaurant will accommodate up to 192 guests, boasting a modern and elegant design. It will be available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will offer a wide variety of international and regional menus.

Il Terrazzino

Featuring a new aesthetic and intimate proportions, on Deck 4. Paying homage to Silversea’s famous La Terrazza restaurant, it is a eulogy to traditional Italian cuisine. It will have an a la carte menu and accommodate up to 36 guests in an intimate and refined setting.

La Dame

Silversea’s signature French restaurant, will offer fine French cuisine in an intimate setting on Deck 4. Guests can opt for an a la carte menu or a six-course tasting menu paired with fine wines. Available for dinner only, La Dame will accommodate up to 20 guests by reservation only with a minimum charge of US$60 per person.

The Grill

With a breathtaking 270-degree view of the stern of the ship, located on Deck 4, The Grill is Silver Endeavour‘s casual dining restaurant.  Located next to the Pool Deck, The Grill will offer an a la carte menu of tasty international dishes and will accommodate up to 80 guests for breakfast and lunch and up to 48 guests for dinner.

Arts Café

Silver Endeavour’s Arts Café will be an upscale version of a classic cafeteria and will be located in the heart of the ship, on Deck 5. The café will serve a wide selection of coffees and teas, as well as delicious desserts and gourmet snacks.

As previously mentioned, guests dil Silver Endeavour will also enjoy 24-hour room service, with an extensive menu always available.
