AROYA Cruises has partnered with the Culinary Arts Commission of Saudi Arabia to launch the first Saudi restaurant at sea, showcasing the culinary heritage of this magnificent region.

Cruise Saudi, a company owned by the 100% public investment fund specializing in the development of the cruise industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has announced its partnership with the Culinary Arts Commission to bring authentic Saudi cuisine aboard AROYA Cruises through Irth Culinary Boutique & Café. This collaboration is part of AROYA Cruises’ vision to offer exceptional and creative experiences to its passengers.

AROYA Cruises is the first cruise company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exclusively dedicated to Arab tastes, and Irth, the first Saudi restaurant at sea, will offer a variety of high-quality, locally-sourced Saudi foods and beverages.

In addition to its rich heritage and history, Saudi Arabia is renowned for its hospitality, which will be embodied in the services provided at Irth. A restaurant staff trained by the Culinary Arts Commission will ensure a deluxe and authentic experience for passengers.

Founded in 2020, the Culinary Arts Commission seeks to promote Saudi culinary traditions both locally and globally, positioning the Kingdom as a leading destination for culinary arts. The goals and ambitions of the Culinary Arts Commission align perfectly with those of AROYA Cruises, aiming to provide exceptional experiences that cater to the tastes and preferences of Arabs while drawing inspiration from authentic Saudi culture.

Recognizing that food is an essential part of every culture and history, the Culinary Arts Commission is committed to creating unforgettable and delightful experiences for locals and visitors alike through an expanded local offering that changes perceptions and allows people to immerse themselves in culinary arts, thereby generating value for local communities.

Lars Clasen, CEO of Cruise Saudi, commented, “We are proud to collaborate with the Culinary Arts Commission. The launch of Irth Culinary Boutique & Café aboard AROYA Cruises represents a fundamental step in showcasing the authenticity of the Kingdom and offering the best services to our guests.”
