Description

Ambience, the fleet's flagship, is derived from the French word for "environment," Ambassador's ambition is to create the optimal atmosphere on board; one that brings out the best in everyone. The perfect environment. With a length of 245 meters, a width of 32 meters and an average capacity of 1,400 guests and a careful configuration, it offers both a feeling of spaciousness and freedom. Ambience offers no less than 11 different lounges and bars. You can relax at the Observatory, take a seat at The Palladium, where the talented Show Team and guest artists provide great entertainment. The elegant Observatory hosts cabaret and late night disco. On-board bars include Raffles Bar, Botanical Lounge, SW19 and The Purple Turtle Pub.
Dining options are plentiful: at Buckingham Restaurant or Borough Market, with a variety of culinary options, and for those who want to soak in the glory of nature, there is the glorious Alfresco Grill. Also great is the experience at Saffron, Sea & Grass or at Chef's Table, where a specialty dining experience is offered that should not be missed. The Aces & Eights card room or the Ambassador Casino, are dedicated to gambling lovers, while at the Spa, wellness lovers will find equipment and treatments for every need. Other facilities include Kapoor's, the on-board crafting studio, the Brontë Library, the shopping arcade, not to mention two swimming pools, four Jacuzzis and a large screen for outdoor movies!

Really beautiful ship

A wonderful ship, which despite not being new, can offer many services, beautiful lounges and excellent dining. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars, excellent theatrical performances and always courteous and helpful staff. The cabins are a bit small and could do with updating, especially the bathrooms. But the ship is really beautiful and the new Ambassador Cruise Line product has an excellent value for money.

Ambience is a truly beautiful ship, perfectly restored in its interiors and with an attentive, friendly and professional service. The catering, the itinerary and the on-board services are also excellent. The open-deck areas still need some maintenance but are also very nice and large. A very positive experience as a whole.

Nice new ship to discover

I am very excited to have tried this new ship. We had a good experience in an outside cabin with a window. Excellent food, very elegant interiors and very friendly service. The ship has some spaces that are still not yet perfectly ready but we really enjoyed this new product and hope to be able to do a new cruise soon. We definitely recommend trying Saffron and watching the theater shows, all of which are excellent.

Nave stupenda nei suoi ambienti interni, con locali elegantissimi e molto ben ristrutturati. Il servizio è cortese e disponibile. La compagnia propone itinerari interessantissimi attorno al Regno Unito. Buona cucina sia al buffet che al ristorante principale. Occorrono ancora rinnovamenti negli esterni e nelle cabine ma ha tutto il potenziale per essere una bellissima nave in tutto.
