Viking Hermod, constructed in 2014, has a length of 135 meters, a staff of 50 people, and features 95 cabins in 5 categories, accommodating a maximum of 190 passengers. Spread over 4 decks, you'll find the restaurant, the onboard shop, the Aquavit Terrace, the bar/lounge, the library, and a Sun deck with a shaded seating area and a walking track. Free Wi-Fi and laundry service are available onboard.
The name derives from Norse mythology. Hermod, the son of Odin, father of the Nordic gods, and Frigg, the goddess of motherhood and marriage, is the swift and agile messenger of the gods, famous for his courage.
