Viking Hemming

Viking Hemming was built in 2014, has a length of approximately 80 meters, a crew of 36 people, and can accommodate up to 106 passengers. The ship features 53 river-view cabins (16 standard cabins, 2 cabins with French balcony, 24 cabins with veranda, 11 veranda suites) and has 3 decks: the main deck entirely dedicated to cabins, the middle deck where the restaurant and some cabins are located, and the upper deck where the remaining cabins, the bar/lounge, the onboard shop, and the Aquavit Terrace, a revolutionary outdoor panoramic area at the bow of the ship for dining al fresco, are found. Finally, there is a Sun Deck with a shaded seating area, a pool, solar panels, and a putting green.
The name derives from mythology. Hemming was a Danish king for only two years, but his reign contributed immeasurably to shaping the future of Franco-Danish relations.
