Viking Octantis

Viking Octantis has 6 passenger decks with a length of approximately 205 metres and accommodates up to 378 passengers (adults only) and 260 crew members. Viking Cruises' ship has a new vision of practicality with The Laboratory, a space where passengers can interact with scientists and have the opportunity to do research projects in the field. On-board amenities include a library, a spa with a Thermal Suite and fitness centre, the Explorers' Lounge, the Aquavit Bar as well as the warm and welcoming Living Room concept that, on Viking's ocean-going ships, forms the basis of the ship's interior lobby and atrium.
The ship has four separate dining areas. The indoor-outdoor space with a retractable glass dome has three different temperature-controlled swimming pools. Another feature is the Finse Terrace which is an open-air lounge area with comfortable sofas and warming 'fireplaces' from which passengers can comfortably observe the glaciers and nature outside.
