Description

Elegantly decorated with marble, chandeliers, and scattered artworks throughout the ship, the S.S. Antoinette was the first ship in Uniworld Boutique River Cruises' S.S. (Super Ship) category. In the main foyer, spanning two decks, hangs a beautiful chandelier adorned with blue sapphires, giving the space an atmosphere of extreme elegance. On the lower deck, the Pigalle, you'll find the self-service laundry and cinema, as well as Classic category cabins; ascending to the La Duchesse deck, you'll find the gym, the Reception with the excursion office, and the Versailles Restaurant, where you can enjoy excellent French-style cuisine. Aft of the La Princesse deck, you'll find the pool and the Serenity River Spa, while forward, you'll find the higher-category cabins, up to the 36-square-meter Grand Suite. The Grand Trianon lounge is the focal point of evening entertainment featuring live music and great cocktails. On the sundeck, you'll find the Bar du Leopard with ample outdoor space, as well as the Orangerie Sky Lounge, the highest point of the ship from which to enjoy the navigation and the panorama.

My Journey Aboard the S.S. Antoinette

Comment

The S.S. Antoinette is without a doubt one of the most beautiful ships I have ever set foot on. The interior is sumptuous but never kitschy, with crystal chandeliers, elegant furnishings, and an almost theatrical sense of style. My cabin, with a French balcony, was spacious and equipped with every comfort: an incredibly comfortable bed, a marble bathroom, and impeccable service. The onboard cinema was a delightful surprise—one evening we watched an art film with Prosecco and popcorn! The spa and indoor pool were perfect for unwinding after excursions. Every moment on board felt like it belonged in an imperial-era novel. If you're looking for luxury and the atmosphere of a grand floating hotel, this is the right ship for you.
