Great Staff and Food, But Needs Better Scheduling and Family Facilities

I liked

Friendly and entertaining staff

I didn't like

consistent opening and closing times for pools and waterslides made it difficult to plan family activities.

I sailed on AROYA Cruises this June with my family for 7 days. Overall, I'd rate it 3.9/5 stars. The highlights were the friendly crew, especially the Vietnamese and Indonesian staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. The Teppanyaki chef was hilarious and made the dining experience memorable. I also enjoyed the food variety, with different cuisines offered throughout the cruise. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The pool, kiddie pool, and waterslide hours were inconsistent and sometimes didn't match the posted schedules. The cabins felt cramped for a family of four, and the basic internet package was difficult to share among multiple family members. I also noticed that some public-area windows were quite dirty, taking away from the ocean views. Overall, AROYA offers good food and great staff, but improvements in scheduling, cabin comfort, and maintenance would make the experience much better.
