Nicely cleaned cabins and helpful staff

Although spa services were free, but spa was always crowded.

I really enjoyed cruising with my family on Costa Fortuna. It was a delightful experience, which was much enhanced by the well-trained staff, great food, and cleanliness. Moreover, the boarding process was without any hassle and the staff was very helpful and courteous in that regard.
