The Hebridean Sky, originally named the Sea Explorer, is a small expedition ship. It was built in 1992 and renovated in 2005. In 2016 the ship underwent an extensive multimillion dollar renovation that transformed it into one of the most beautiful small ships in the world.
The Hebridean Sky has a capacity of 75 passengers that occupy eight different types of room categories. The ship offers all its passengers an exclusive and elegant base from which to explore Antarctica. The common areas include: “The Club” room, a library, a presentation room with audiovisual equipment, a lunch room, and an outside café. The ship has a fleet of 10 Zodiac inflatable boats for excursions.
