Description
Leisure World was delivered on December 10, 1969 as the Skyward for cruise services along with its sister ship the Starward, the first new builds for Norwegian Cruise Line. After undergoing several name changes in the 1990s, the Leisure World was rebuilt and refurbished in Jacksonville, Florida, and sold to Queenstown Investments in 1995.
In 2000, it joined the New Century Cruise Line fleet, which operates it as a casino and entertainment ship.
