MSC World Europa, the first ship in the pioneering MSC World class symbolizes the beginning of a new era in the world of cruising and a further example of MSC Cruises' long-term environmental commitment and responsibility towards the future. It is the first LNG-powered ship in the fleet and is equipped with a next-generation wastewater treatment system and other state-of-the-art environmental technologies. The innovative design includes the distinctive 90-degree arrow-shaped bow that cuts through the water with ease and elegance and the impressive and unprecedented Y-shape at the stern that opens onto the 104-metre-long Europa Promenade, which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and is divided into one half open to the sky and another half covered by a massive LED screen, which will broadcast patterns of light throughout the day.
The Spiral is the longest dry slide at sea spanning 11 decks. The on-board entertainment offers a huge variety and choice for all - from the largest water park in the fleet with VR technology water slides, to Luna Park Studio. The ship also features 13 dining options, including six themed restaurants, a wide variety of bars and cafes, a spa, a gymnasium and several shops.
