Monarch Princess

The Monarch Princess is a first-class river cruise ship chartered by Gate 1 Travel. Built in 2009, with a maximum capacity of 138 passengers, this ship has 67 spacious outside cabins and 2 suites each fully air-conditioned with private bath, shower, telephone and flat-screen satellite TV. Cabins on the Royal and Sapphire decks have French balconies, while the 11 cabins on the lowest deck, the Indigo Deck, have windows. Monarch Princess has a cafeteria in the lobby, a restaurant, and a lounge area with a bar. The lounge bar is stocked with a variety of internationally renowned spirits, draft beer, wines, and specialty coffees prepared to order at an additional cost. Passengers can also enjoy coffee or tea from a 24-hour self-service station. In addition, afternoon tea is served during the cruise, and a daily late-night snack will be served in the lounge. < br> Other ship amenities include a sun deck with sun loungers, tables and chairs; a hair salon and fitness center; and a small library stocked with books and games.
