Emerald Cruises

The Emerald Cruises’ river segment was founded in 2013 by Glen Moroney as a division of Scenic. It offered its first cruises on the rivers of Europe in 2014 on the Emerald Sky. In 2018, the company announced its first non-European ship, the Emerald Harmony, to provide cruises between Vietnam and Cambodia. At the same time, it also expands into yacht cruising, chartering one to offer cruises on Croatia's Dalmatian coast on the Adriatic Sea. In 2020, Emerald Cruises became the family brand of Emerald Waterways and Emerald Yacht Cruises, a new line of ocean cruises.
On board the ships, the EmeraldACTIVE program, allows guests to stay active with various activities offered. The team also entertains guests on board with karaoke nights, card tournaments, and game show-style quizzes. While The EmeraldPLUS program consists of extra excursions and experiences designed to help you see the destinations you visit in a different light, giving you memorable experiences that go beyond those of the ordinary traveler.
