Margaritaville at Sea and vineyard vines are teaming up with Zac Brown, the multi-award-winning artist and three-time GRAMMY Award winner, to introduce Same Boat, a limited-edition apparel collection inspired by the namesake music venue set to debut aboard the new Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber.

Available now at vineyardvines.com, the collection brings together three brands united by a passion for music, the sea and coastal living. The initiative celebrates Zac Brown’s longstanding relationship with Margaritaville at Sea, further strengthened by his recent appointment as godfather of the Beachcomber. The collection is already available aboard Islander and Paradise and will also be available aboard the Beachcomber when the ship makes its debut in January 2027.

The collaboration further builds on an established partnership between vineyard vines, Zac Brown and the cruise line. Following the launch of an exclusive Zac Brown Band collection last summer and previous successful collaborations with Margaritaville at Sea, the new project expands a partnership that brings together fashion, music and travel.

According to the vineyard vines team, Zac has long been a close friend of the brand, sharing a vision that brings together music, the sea, travel and the joy of spending special moments with family and friends. The Same Boat collection was created around these shared values and celebrates Zac Brown, the Beachcomber and the new experience the artist and Margaritaville at Sea are bringing to the ocean.

Named after a hit song by the Zac Brown Band, Same Boat will be the world’s first artist-designed live music venue at sea when it opens aboard the Beachcomber. In preparation for the venue’s debut, Brown has worked directly with Margaritaville at Sea on the design of the space, the selection of artwork and the music programming, creating an environment that reflects his musical influences and creative vision. During the ship’s inaugural season, the venue will host a rotating lineup of live performances.

Brown highlighted the value of the partnership with vineyard vines, a longtime collaborator, expressing his enthusiasm for the brand’s involvement in the Same Boat project aboard the Beachcomber. The artist also emphasized how much he enjoyed helping create the collection and his hope that guests will wear the pieces on their travels, making them part of their memories and carrying a little of the Same Boat spirit wherever they go.

The relationship between Zac Brown and Margaritaville at Sea continues to grow through initiatives that bring together music, travel and live entertainment. Brown will serve as godfather of the Beachcomber and take part in the ship’s inaugural celebrations in Miami on January 9, performing on board. The cruise line is also the presenting sponsor of the Zac Brown Band’s U.S. Love & Fear tour. On January 28, Brown will perform an exclusive concert in Nassau as part of the first-ever gathering of the entire Margaritaville at Sea fleet, bringing together Beachcomber, Islander and Paradise.

Christopher Ivy, CEO of Margaritaville at Sea, highlighted how the partnership with Zac Brown has evolved authentically over time and in line with the cruise line’s identity, noting that vineyard vines is a natural partner for the project. Ivy also explained that Same Boat represents not only a venue dedicated to live music and shared experiences, but also a lifestyle that extends beyond the space itself. The new collection gives the cruise line’s guests and the artist’s fans another opportunity to feel part of the experience taking shape aboard the Beachcomber.

The collection’s launch comes as Margaritaville at Sea prepares for its next phase of growth. The Beachcomber will debut from the Port of Miami in January 2027, introducing more than 15 new venues and spaces alongside the signature areas already enjoyed by the cruise line’s guests. During its inaugural season, the ship will offer itineraries ranging from four to eight nights in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean. In October 2027, the ship will reposition to Galveston, from where it will offer the widest variety of itineraries in the cruise line’s history, with destinations in Mexico and the Western Caribbean.
