Costa Cruises: to restart cruising on September 6

Costa Cruises will be restarting its cruising schedule on September 6, with itineraries departing from Italian ports. The Costa Deliziosa will be the first ship to set sail with weekly cruises from Trieste through the Adriatic and Greece. The Costa Diadema will begin its first cruise on September 19 from Genoa heading to the western Mediterranean, including a stop in La Valletta, Malta.

The application of safety protocols will be scrupulous and in full collaboration with the guidelines of the Italian government and with the countries of the ports of call, including Malta and Greece. Further developments will be possible both before the official departure and during the course of the cruises. At the moment, these indications are valid only for these two types of itineraries: the other departures of the fleet have been canceled until September 30.

We have already gone over the new Costa Safety Protocols, which will be realized and implemented during these new cruise itineraries scheduled for Genoa and Trieste for the end of the summer.
