Silversea has completed the refurbishment of Silver Spirit, ushering in a new chapter of the onboard experience with redesigned public spaces, an enhanced culinary offering, and the debut of the acclaimed S.A.L.T. (Sea and Land Taste) program.
Following her drydock, Silver Spirit has returned to service with refreshed public areas and new dining and leisure experiences, reaffirming Silversea's commitment to continuously enhancing every aspect of life on board.
Bert Hernandez, President of Silversea, described the completion of Silver Spirit's refurbishment as a significant milestone for the company's fleet. According to Hernandez, the ship now delivers an even more elevated experience, combining relaxed elegance, immersive culinary experiences, and a deeper connection with each destination. He explained that the project was designed to enhance every moment of the guest journey through revitalized spaces and thoughtfully curated experiences that make every voyage even more engaging.
One of the most notable additions aboard Silver Spirit is Riviera, a new outdoor concept inspired by the atmosphere of the Mediterranean's most iconic coastal destinations.
Conceived as a destination in its own right, Riviera accompanies guests throughout the day, evolving from a tranquil retreat in the morning into a vibrant social venue by evening. Designed to balance wellness, relaxation, and social interaction, the space offers an elegant yet informal setting where guests can fully enjoy life at sea. During the day, the atmosphere encourages relaxation with wellness-focused moments, refreshing beverages, and peaceful poolside breaks. As the day progresses, Riviera comes alive with music, casual dining, and evenings under the stars, becoming one of the ship's central social hubs.
The culinary offering has been designed to provide a relaxed and flexible dining experience, featuring fresh salads, wraps, gourmet burgers, plant-based options, and seafood specialties such as ceviche and the catch of the day. A selection of premium dishes further expands the choices available throughout the day. The beverage menu reflects the Mediterranean lifestyle, offering refreshing cocktails, spritzes, white and rosé wines, Champagne, and a carefully curated selection of non-alcoholic wellness-inspired beverages.
Riviera also enhances the outdoor experience with new loungers, daybeds, umbrellas, and stylish furnishings, creating even more comfortable spaces for relaxation. The deck additionally features new recreational and fitness activities, including a golf putting green, the "Off the Deck" golf simulator with a practice area, and expanded fitness offerings.

On board the renewed Silver Spirit, the S.A.L.T. program debuts with three dedicated venues celebrating the culinary heritage of the destinations visited. S.A.L.T. Kitchen features destination-inspired menus showcasing local ingredients and authentic recipes that tell the story of each region. S.A.L.T. Bar offers a curated selection of regional spirits and creative cocktails inspired by the ports of call, transforming every aperitif into a cultural discovery. Completing the experience is the S.A.L.T. Lab, an interactive venue where guests can participate in cooking classes and hands-on workshops to explore local flavors, traditions, and culinary techniques. The refurbishment also included several of the ship's most important public venues.
