Star Clippers Strengthens Sales Team
Important news from Star Clippers, the sailing cruise company famous for its spectacular modern tall ships. The company has announced the promotion of Cyndi Denman to the new role of Director of Sales, while Sheryll Pyle joins the team as Business Development Executive for the Southeastern United States.

Cyndi Denman is certainly no newcomer: she has worked with Star Clippers for over nine years and has been a key figure in growing the brand in the North American market. In her new role, Cyndi will be responsible for strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding the commercial network, and developing charter sales, leveraging her extensive industry experience. Before joining Star Clippers, she held prominent positions at airlines such as Continental and Air Jamaica, tour operators like Pleasant Holidays, and several cruise companies, including Costa, Ponant, and Un-Cruise. This background has allowed her to build strong and lasting relationships with travel agencies and consultants.
Taking over from Cyndi as Business Development Executive for the Southeast will be Sheryll Pyle. With over twenty years of experience in tourism, Sheryll began as a travel agent, gaining direct knowledge of agency dynamics, then went on to work with major companies such as Gogo Worldwide Vacations and Dube Travel Leaders. Her role covers a strategic area including states such as Florida, Georgia, South and North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.

For more than 35 years, Star Clippers has taken travelers on journeys discovering the charm of sailing to beautiful ports in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Central America. The fleet consists of three of the largest and most spectacular tall ships in the world: Star Clipper and Star Flyer, each accommodating 160 guests, and the majestic Royal Clipper, holder of the Guinness World Record as the only fully rigged five-masted sailing ship, with a capacity of 227 passengers. All ships feature wide teak decks, swimming pools, outdoor tropical bars, and piano lounges, offering a cruise experience that combines the charm of the past with modern comforts.
