Silversea is expanding its portfolio with a new collection of cruises dedicated to golf enthusiasts, created in partnership with PerryGolf, a specialist in international golf travel experiences.
The partnership is designed to make the entire golf experience seamless and effortless, from the ship to the course and back. On selected itineraries, guests will have the opportunity to choose carefully curated golf programmes fully organised and managed by PerryGolf, with an approach focused on allowing travellers to enjoy the game to the fullest. Packages include pre-booked tee times and green fees, as well as dedicated transfers between the ship and the golf courses.
Particular attention is also given to equipment management: guests travelling with their own clubs can entrust them to PerryGolf, which will take care of their handling from embarkation to disembarkation, while those who prefer to travel light will have the option of renting equipment. At some of the participating courses, access to practice facilities and driving range balls will also be included, while lunches and refreshments will be provided during golf days.
The experience, however, extends well beyond the golf course. The programme also includes social moments such as welcome and farewell receptions, onboard gatherings and a one-day friendly tournament with an awards ceremony. A PerryGolf expert will also accompany guests throughout the journey, serving as a dedicated point of reference for the entire programme.
The aim of the collaboration is therefore to combine the sporting dimension with the travel experience, allowing the quality of the courses, destinations and luxury cruise environment to define a journey in which every organisational detail is carefully arranged in advance.

Aboard Silversea ships, PerryGolf Voyages take enthusiasts on a journey to discover some of the world’s most iconic fairways, combining time on the course with itineraries exploring destinations rich in history, culture and natural beauty. In Europe, the programme includes some of the most prestigious names in British golf, from Royal Liverpool and Prince’s Golf Club in England to Portstewart Golf Club in Northern Ireland, as well as Scotland’s Castle Stuart and Dumbarnie Links. In Spain, itineraries include visits to Camiral Stadium Course, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, Son Gual Golf Mallorca and Club de Golf Alcanada.
The experience continues in the Southern Hemisphere, featuring Tasmania Golf Club in Australia and a selection of some of New Zealand’s most spectacular courses: Otago Golf Club, Royal Wellington Golf Club, Cape Kidnappers Golf Course and Kauri Cliffs Golf Course. This carefully selected portfolio combines world-class courses with highly desirable destinations, reflecting the comfort and service that define the Silversea experience.
The first offering is the round-trip itinerary from Southampton, scheduled from 14 to 25 August 2027 aboard Silver Spirit, a voyage through the golfing heritage of the British Isles. The journey begins at Royal Liverpool, which has hosted The Open Championship 13 times, before continuing to Prince’s Golf Club in Kent and then heading to Northern Ireland for a round among the spectacular dunes of Portstewart. The itinerary concludes in Scotland, with rounds at Castle Stuart and Dumbarnie Links, two of the most acclaimed courses of the new generation of British golf.
From 25 October to 3 November 2027, Silver Ray will operate the round-trip itinerary from Barcelona, dedicated to some of the finest courses in continental Europe. The journey begins at Camiral Stadium Course, set to host the Ryder Cup in the future, before continuing to Las Colinas on Spain’s south-eastern coast and then reaching Mallorca, where guests will play at Son Gual and Alcanada, surrounded by rolling landscapes, pine forests and Mediterranean views.
The most ambitious journey will be the itinerary from Sydney to Auckland, scheduled from 29 January to 12 February 2028 aboard Silver Moon. This 14-day voyage crosses Australia and New Zealand, beginning with Tasmania Golf Club, located atop Barilla Bluff, followed by the historic Otago Golf Club and Royal Wellington. The journey concludes with two of the most spectacular coastal courses in the Southern Hemisphere, Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs, where dramatic oceanfront landscapes become an integral part of the golfing experience.
These three itineraries represent the first chapter of the collaboration between Silversea and PerryGolf, which is set to expand with additional golf-focused voyages throughout 2028.
