Description

The Celebrity Solstice, a Celebrity Cruises ship, was the archetype of a new class of revolutionary ships for its age, and introduced a new idea of “modern luxury” for cruise ship interior design. Its hotel-style design is very elegant, rational and modern all at the same time. It has a swimming pool with a permanent covering on which solar panels have been installed that allow for a minimal energy recharge thanks to the sun. The most distinct feature onboard is the splendid lawn with real grass that is found on the highest deck on the stern under the smokestacks.
