Description

The Celebrity Equinox, the second ship in the Solstice class, is almost identical both internally and externally to its predecessor in the Celebrity Cruises series. The ship’s hotel-like design is at the same time very elegant, rational and modern. It is equipped with a swimming pool that has a permanent cover on which solar panels are installed that allow for a minimal energy recharge thanks to the sun. The most distinct feature onboard is the splendid lawn with real grass that is found on the highest deck on the stern under the smokestacks.

Extreme Emotions Aboard the Celebrity Equinox

Sailing aboard the Celebrity Equinox was an experience that will remain one of the most memorable journeys of my life. Departing from Buenos Aires, the route embraced spectacular landscapes and iconic destinations, with a crescendo of emotions and breathtaking natural scenery. The first stop, Ushuaia, welcomed me with its extreme charm. But the true heart of the journey arrived with the entrance to Antarctica. After the polar adventure, the cruise continued towards Port Stanley, East Falkland Island, where I could appreciate the island's charm and British hospitality in the heart of Patagonia. The following stops at Puerto Madryn and Montevideo added a cultural and historical touch to the journey through South America. Onboard the Celebrity Equinox modern comfort, elegant cabins, high-level dining, carefully curated entertainment programs, and a staff that was always attentive and professional. Every moment contributed to transforming this cruise into a journey of luxury and discovery.

das Schiff hat eine gute Größe, sehr gute Restaurants, tolle Bars und eine sehr nette Crew. Alles ist sauber!

Das Schiff hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die unterschiedlichen Nationalitäten an Bord sind ein großer Pluspunkt! Man kommt immer in´s Gespräch. Der LawnClub mit der großen Rasenfläche war eines der Highlights an Bord. Die SunSetBar wurde von uns an jedem Abend besucht. Dort haben wir leckere Cocktails getrunken. Das Essen in allen Restaurants war hervorragend und der Service erstklassig. Die Kabine war von der Größe optimal. Das Badezimmer ist größer als auf anderen Schiffen.
