Carnival Ecstasy

The 2nd of 8 Fantasy Class newbuilds for Carnival Cruise Lines, her interiors were designed by Joe Farcus known for his “Farcitecture”. Farcus designed his ships with a central theme, and for Ecstasy the theme was “City” or “Metropolis”. Many were shocked by all the neon on the earlier newbuild Fantasy, but Ecstasy took that to the next level and she was considered the most garish of all the Fantasy Class ships. She has since had several refits and much of her original Farcus décor was either eliminated or toned down.
