A Journey of Flavors on the Sapphire Princess

On board the Sapphire Princess, during the itinerary that took me from San Antonio to Buenos Aires, the real star of the trip was... the food! Every day I had the chance to taste extraordinary dishes, from international cuisine to local specialties from the ports we visited, like fresh fish in Puerto Montt and Argentinian beef. The main dining room offered a different menu every evening, but the real surprise was the specialty restaurants: the Asian cuisine and the steakhouse were simply impeccable!
