The Allure of Sailing

Sailing on the Club Med 2 from Lavrio to Istanbul was an experience I will cherish for a long time. From the very first moment on board, I felt a truly special atmosphere. The Club Med 2 is not just a cruise ship – it’s a majestic and elegant five-masted sailing yacht. The common areas create a warm and intimate environment, and the cabins are comfortable and refined, with great attention to detail. The service on board was flawless. Every crew member was genuine, friendly, and attentive, with a natural ease and authenticity that’s rare to find elsewhere. Even the gastronomy exceeded expectations: each meal was a moment of true pleasure, featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors. Everything was served with discretion and impeccable timing. But what truly made this cruise unforgettable were the destinations. Each stop was an immersion into beauty, small ports, hidden coves, golden sunsets and cities full of history and culture.

Corporate charter cruise

We found a rather superficial service, small and uncomfortable cabins, unhelpful crew. I don't know if this experience is due to us being special guests, for a corporate charter. The ship is very beautiful and has great charm.

I'm happy to have done this "sailing experience". Club Med 2 provide great service and amazing food. In rough sea conditions I really do not recommend a cabin in the aft zone!
