Variety Cruises is a private yacht cruise company based in Athens, Greece. It was founded in 2006 by Lakis Venetopoulos and currently owns and operates 8 small cruise ships and 4 yachts. The company has established itself as one of the pioneers of themed cruises, including gay and lesbian themed ones. Variety Cruises is known for visiting off-the-beaten-path destinations including Gambia, in the rivers of West Africa, without turning its back on its Greek origins, where it offers a number of exclusive itineraries.
