Description

The current Magellan, built in Denmark, debuted in 1985 for Carnival Cruise Line under the name Holiday. The first major upgrade to the interiors was made in 2005 and shortly afterwards the ship was transferred to Iberocruceros. Since spring 2015 Magellan has been sailing for Cruises & Maritime Voyages, both for mini cruises and for long journeys around the world. Today it is one of the most popular ships in the fleet, with spacious interiors, beautiful exterior decks and an intimate and jovial atmosphere. Beautiful cruise with Magellan on this itinerary in Northern Europe. The ship is very old but kept well and offers a really good service.

An old english cruiseship, the Magellan, but with a great itinerary and good service. We enjoyed the experience and the route. Of course the Magellan hasn't modern services and big choice of restaurants and lounge. Happy to have tried it!
